Terms of Service

Ordering and artwork

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of submitted artwork and for errors present in approved proofs. Once production begins, changes to an order cannot be guaranteed — contact us immediately if something needs to change.

Color variations

We cannot guarantee exact color matches. Screens display colors differently from printing presses, and minor variation between the proof you see on screen and the final print is normal.

Quotations and payment

Quotations are valid for 2 days. Payment is due within 3 days of order confirmation; work begins once payment is received. Applicable taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping and delivery

Turnaround times are estimates. We are not liable for carrier delays or circumstances outside our control. Damaged shipments must be reported within 3 days of receipt — see our Shipping Policy.

Returns and refunds

Defects and errors are handled under our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of artwork you supply and grant us a limited licence to use it for producing your order. Content and designs created by Habib Printers remain our intellectual property unless agreed otherwise.

Liability

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned; consequential damages are excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
