Shipping Policy

Processing times

Standard orders are processed within 3 business days after proof approval, excluding weekends and public holidays. Complex or large orders may take longer — we will tell you in advance.

Carriers and costs

We ship with trusted carriers including TCS, LCS and Pakistan Post. Shipping cost depends on the size, weight, destination and shipping method of your order and is confirmed with your quotation.

Large shipments may be sent by bilty or DAEWOO cargo service; in that case collection from the terminal is the recipient's responsibility.

Delivery times

Standard ground delivery typically takes 3–7 days. Expedited options may be available on request. Delivery dates are estimates — we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate.

Order tracking

Where the carrier supports it, we share a tracking number when your order ships so you can monitor it on the carrier's website.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 3 days of delivery on 0332 2333300 so we can resolve it.

International shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.
