Processing Times
- Standard Orders: Most orders process within 3 business days after proof approval.
- Complex/Large Orders: May have extended processing times. We’ll communicate any changes to the estimated timeline.
- Business Days: Exclude weekends and holidays.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable shipping carriers such as TCS, LCS, Pakistan Post and others. Shipping options and costs will be calculated and presented during checkout.
Shipping Costs
- Calculated at Checkout: Shipping costs depend on order size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
- Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping promotions for orders over a certain amount or to specific locations. Details will be announced when applicable.
- Billty or DAEWOO Service: For our affiliates, agents or even clients, large orders to be shipped through billty or DAEWOO services. Cost for this included in the total charges based on project. We may also use other services not mentioned based on location. The cost is sole responsibility of the affiliate, agent or client to get parcel delivered to target location from the service terminal.

International Shipping
- Availability: We do not currently offer international shipping.
- Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their destination country.
