Ordering questions
Can you design my artwork for me?
Yes. If you don't have print-ready artwork, our design team will prepare it for you — share your details, logo and any references on WhatsApp or in the quote form, and you'll receive a digital proof to approve before printing.
Which file formats do you accept?
PDF is best for print. We also accept JPG, PNG, SVG, AI, EPS and CDR files, or a ZIP containing your files. If you're unsure about your file, send it over — we'll check it before printing.
Can I order directly on WhatsApp?
Absolutely — WhatsApp is our fastest channel. Message 0332 2333300 with what you need, and our team will guide you through options, pricing and artwork.
How is pricing calculated?
Printing prices depend on size, material, quantity and finishing, so we quote each job individually. Send your requirements and you'll get a clear quotation — larger quantities generally bring better per-piece rates.
Do you offer custom sizes?
Yes — most products can be produced in custom sizes. Mention your required dimensions in the quote form or on WhatsApp.
Do you deliver?
Yes — we deliver all over Pakistan. Collect from our shop in Gulzar-e-Quaid, Rawalpindi, or we ship nationwide via carriers such as TCS, LCS and Pakistan Post — standard ground delivery typically takes 3–7 days after your order is ready. We do not currently ship internationally.
